What is your turnaround time?
We do our best to fulfill and ship orders within 5-7 business days. Please note that turnaround time may be longer during holidays and or with large and or complex orders.
Do you all accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the customization of the items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges and all sales are final. If you have an issue with your order please reach out to us directly.

Custom Items
Are you able to create a custom item or design?
Yes, please reach out to us and we would be happy to work with you on a custom piece. Please note, a design fee may apply depending on the complexity of the item and or design.
Are you able to engrave my logo?
Yes, we ask that all logos be sent in black and white and as a PNG or SVG file.
Shipping
Do you ship Internationally?
At this time we are only shipping domestically, but hope to expand very soon.
Do you offer local pick up?
Yes, local pick up is available in Fort Worth, TX only. Please select the local pick up option at checkout. An email with the address and pick up instructions will be emailed to you when your order is ready.
Boards
Do you apply any finish to your cutting/charcuterie boards?
Yes, we rub all of our boards with food safe cutting board oil.
Can I place my cutting/charcuterie board in the dishwasher?
No, please hand wash only with a soft cloth and dry thoroughly. They are not dishwasher safe and should never be submerged or soaked. Do not use abrasive sponges or cleaners. Please use warm water, a small amount of dish soap and soft sponge. All boards should be oiled regularly with food safe cutting board oil.
